They are awesome! I went in needing a crown and was in and out with a temporary while they ordered the permanent crown. I was back in less than two weeks, got the permanent crown and a comprehensive exam. They found a couple small cavities and I got them filled right away. The whole process was so smooth. They do a great job and they have a great staff as well. Everyone from the front desk on were absolutely amazing, professional and super friendly. They make it easy

I went to get dentures; I had to have extractions and bone graphs and dentures made. I paid about 5,000.00, she filed down my gums to make the plate ride better, they do not fit. I can't eat with them. they kept adjusting them and told me I needed to get a hard liner in it, 300.00 more, and it will make it fit. I paid for it, still doesn't fit!! I then was told I don't have enough gums to hold it in, and no matter what they do they won't fit, and I need implants!! it has been 25 months now, still can't eat with them!!!! Why wouldn't they tell you they won't work before doing it, why file down my gums if I already didn't have enough gums as it was, why rip off your patients?? I would never go back to them. They wouldn't care; they already got my money!!!

I went to this office for the past 3 to 4 years. The work they do was fine. But if you are a busy person make sure you clear your day. Every time I went in they were 30 to 45 minutes behind. This was just for cleaning. Another issue I have had issue with staff not putting things into my chart.

Everyone - from the front desk to the treatment room - was incredibly kind and welcoming. My hygienist, Danielle, was truly wonderful. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, explained each step of the process, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I really appreciated her gentle care and attention to detail, it made the whole experience feel so relaxing and reassuring. Thank you so much for taking such great care of me. I would absolutely recommend her!

Everyone at Dental Care of North Fort Myers is so kind! Smiles everywhere. Helpful, thoughtful, patient and ready to answer my questions and explain everything thoroughly. The equipment was state-of-the-art and so cool in what it showed as far as my dental health was concerned. Very cool! My hygienist-I forgot her name- I'm so sorry about that- was wonderful! I'll be sure to ask that they assign me to her on my return visit. She was gentle, thorough, professional yet personal. I'm so very glad I found this Dental practice!
